When we first walked thru the threshold of what is now St. Louis Haunted Mansion, there were no doors. The real estate agent had to remove the plywood from the door frame before guiding us thru what would be our future home. There were no doors, there were almost no windows, and there was certainly no plumbing. With the help of friends and family (as well as curious neighbors) we began doing what we could with no budget and big dreams. New walls were put in, drywall was insta
